- GMT in consortium with Williamson & Associates, Dragon Prince ltd., and Geoguide of Taiwan has been awarded the contract to conduct the survey for the planned TPKM-3 cable survey by NEC of Taiwan. Beau Pallister is to attend kickoff meetings in Taiwan in early December.
- Our geologists are currently working on measuring thickness of sediment in the Kawarau River in New Zealand from subbottom profiler data collected by Monitoring Technology, Inc. Survey data were acquired using a jet boat in a fast-flowing river known for class 5 rapids. The subbottom profiler data are extremely challenging. The results will help guide a planned gold dredging project.
